Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thescarfloungelimited@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

To be eligible for a return, your scarf must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, marks, or odours. It must also include the original packaging and any tags or labels still attached.

We’re unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear or have had tags removed. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item before returning it.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your scarf for a different style or colour, the quickest way is to return the original item. Once your return is received and approved, you can place a new order for the item you want instead.

UK and EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase. Please contact us before returning any items so we can guide you through the process.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. You’ll then be informed whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at thescarfloungelimited@gmail.com.
